• Prepared in-depth evaluations of plaintiff’s in wrongful termination suit with a major New York Regional government agency. This ten year litigation settled within sixty days after report submission.
• Prepared evaluations in two cases requesting child relocation. My testimony about the parties’ employment opportunities and job search was cited in both decisions supporting my clients’ petitions.
• Produced evaluation of wife (my client) in response to report from other expert retained by husband imputing her income at $125,000+. Although she built a career in a niche area of financial services, she had been unemployed for twelve years while raising her children. An in-depth interview, document review and extensive labor market survey showed that her actual duties were those of a middle manager and not comparable to jobs with VP titles in the competitive job market. Wife was awarded a significant period of rehabilitative maintenance and imputed income was reduced to $50,000.
