During a divorce, why consult an employability expert?

Questions often arise about a spouse’s employment capabilities and earning capacity. An objective employability evaluation is used by both parties and the court to determine a spouse’s ability to contribute to maintenance (alimony) and child support. This moves the divorce forward so both parties can move on.
